Frequently asked questions

Q - When do I begin to receive my 5% yield?

A - 7 Days after receipt of your funds

Q - Do you hold money on account?

A - No. You are asked to transfer your funds to us when they are required.

A - Your money will be returned to you automatically on the sixth month anniversary of your contract with us. You can, of course renew but you must notify us, 8 weeks before the sixth month anniversary that you wish to do so.

Q - What type of security do I have?

A - A joint first charge on a U.K. Registered property

Q - What about legal representation, do I need a solicitor?

A - Any prudent person should take advice on matters they are not expert in themselves. However, your interests will be protected by a local solicitor who is familiar with what we are doing and therefore at low cost.

Q - Why 5%?

A - 5% is the rental income of properties which we have selected in the area in which we operate. However, regardless of any fluctuations we maintain our guarantee of 5% yield.

Q - What about void periods?

A - We only operate in areas with high rental demand and don't anticipate void periods. However, any void period is our problem - you are guaranteed 5% yield regardless.

Q - Can I invest more than £25,000?

A - No the outlined parameters of this scheme are fixed, as are the conditions. It is a simple, straightforward, no nonsense arrangement. There are no variations or alterations allowed on either side.

Q - What about Tax ?

A - We do not involve ourselves in taxation matters. We recommend you seek appropriate advice from an accountant or suitably qualified advisor.

Q - Can you direct me to a source of tax advice.

A - Certainly, the considerations of such a small level of investment and returns on a repeat basis mean that an accountant dealing with these matters can do so fairly economically. If you need help here, just ask.
